Yu Hua Meng uses Chinese divination and astrology as a tool for self-discovery and life-path exploration. She guides participants in the art of making choices by helping them harmonize with, integrate and create change.

My primary modalities are the Yijing (I Ching), which is the oldest recorded form of divination, and the Bazi (4 Pillars of Destiny) system of Chinese astrology. I also use active imagery, or waking dream work to communicate and obtain insight.

I believe that we can live a good life by regarding the self in the right way. Through divination, my aim is to support you in connecting to your personal power, as well as understanding how to enact it in harmony with the Dao.

"My experience with Meng as an diviner and artist is always awe-inspiring. She has such a profound understanding of the mystical languages and the sensitive depth of a true gentle sage. I value her wise insight completely and learn so much from her in each encounter."

"Having a reading done can be a vulnerable and triggering experience - it is rare to find someone who embodies soulful, authentic insight while also holding a safe, compassionate space like Meng does in her readings. Needless to say, Meng is one of a kind. She is bright and it is so deeply evident by her delivery and energy that she is dedicated to her work and dedicated to the quest in finding the truth and light in all of us. I feel fortunate to know and work with her and will always call on her as a resource for guidance when needed."

“My hope, as a mum, is to nurture my babies towards individuation, in such way that they know how to facilitate peace and progress, for themselves, and those around them. I asked Meng for a family reading, to inform how I orchestrate harmonious family interactions, and beneficially balance my sons differences. Her insights helped me better frame my approach to how I discipline, educate, and comfort my babies, and I recommend her process highly.”

"Meng's intuitive divination from the wisdom of the I-Ching nailed every major problem that I had in my life at the time. To have the first hexagram card pulled out for my I-Ching reading, has been an image I always looked back to because it represented my energy, my Creative & Initiative force, something so lost in my daily busy schedule of juggling an unfulfilling legal career and an unhappy marriage back then. I can't say the reading was a defining moment that caused me to change my life around but it was the first spark, like the way that a fire slowly and gradually gets started. Within 3 years after Meng's reading, I was able to leave my 10-year legal career to pursue a career in Education and leave my spouse to pursue my life's passion for the Arts so that my heart will always sing. If you're looking for guidance in life, I really believe that Meng's divine gifts can truly help and spark your first steps!"

"I have now gotten three Yijing readings from Meng: one on my relationship, one on my health, and one on my work life.  Each one of them was flabbergasting in its accuracy and its importance to my life decisions.  But, first, let me talk about the scholarly background and the erudition and creativity she brings to this work. She has clearly studied not only the Yijing itself, but other forms of divination, and the indigenous cultures of which they are rooted and grown out of. She brings a TRULY global perspective to her work--which she does with utmost integrity and decorum.  Each of my readings allowed me to understand both the nature of the divinatory system, as well as how ancient understandings could be adapted to our lives today.  In my case, the advice about my relationship stopped me from saying something I thought would be helpful, but upon reflection and Meng’s sage advice, I realized it would not have helped at all.  The reading about my health — I was about to undergo life threatening surgery — helped me keep my head through the whole process and stay focused on what was important, instead of my fearful fantasies.  And, just recently, the reading that I just got about my business has set me on what feels like a wise and forthright path to the next phase in my professional life.  Words are not enough to express how thankful I am."
